- Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in 24-48 hours. Signatures are required for delivery of orders over $100 to apartment addresses. Shipping & Delivery Times are as follows:
Ground Shipping: Delivery in 5-7 business days
3-Day Express Shipping: Delivery in 3 business days.
(The day the product is shipped does not count)
2-Day Express Shipping: Delivery in 2 business days.
(The day the product is shipped does not count)
Overnight Shipping: Delivered the following business day. - *International Shipments can take 5-14 business days to clear customs.
- Privacy & Security
- Your privacy is important to us. All personal information is securely encrypted on our secure servers. You may occassionally receive emails from us or our affiliated companies. You may unsubscribe to these emails at any time. We do not share email addresses with anyone.
- Returns & Replacements
- All products are guaranteed to work properly upon delivery. Defective or unused products must be discovered and returned or exchanged within 30 days for a full refund. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery. Prior to returning any products, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Items returned without a valid return authorization number will be refused, and a refund will not be issued. Once an RMA# has been issued, products must be returned within 15 days. To request an RMA# for a return, please email info@igardenshoppe.com. Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, if an item is discovered to be in an unsaleable condition (missing parts, packaging, manuals, damaged, used, etc.) a refund will not be issued. No refunds will be given for "Buyer's Remorse" or if the customer simply changed their mind and the product has been used. If a product was shipped with "Free Shipping" and is returned, a shipping recovery fee of $15 will be withheld from the refund.
- International Orders
- Free shipping does not apply to international orders or orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Military addresses. All duties, taxes and other shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Should the customer neglect to pay the appropriate duties/fees, Fisch Industries (dba. iGardenShoppe) reserves the right to charge all applicable duties/fees to the customers credit card. International AeroGarden orders are not covered under the manufacturers warranty. All AeroGarden units are 110V electricity. We are not responsible for damage caused to an AeroGarden due to voltage conversions and electricity converters. If a product is discovered to be defective or need service, all shipping costs to and from customer are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are non-refundable once shipped, and may only be exchanged. If delivery is refused or products are not delivered successfully, a refund for shipping will not be issued.
